CRUISE PAYMENTS
The remaining scheduled payment dates for the cruise are: September 13, 2024; March 14, 2025; and July 12, 2025.
The amount due will automatically be charged to the credit card on file. A payment reminder will be sent via email prior to each scheduled due date.
A valid passport is required for all passengers. If your passport expires before May 9, 2026, we suggest getting it renewed as soon as possible. Bare Necessities assumes no responsibility for advising passengers of any additional documentation requirements other than a valid passport. There are no refunds if you are denied boarding.
Guests will receive their Scenic Eclipse II booking numbers via email. At that time, passengers will need to submit their passport information to the cruise line. Instructions will be provided. Passengers first and last name on the e-Docs must be exactly as they appear on the passport. (Middle names are not needed)
Cruise tickets and luggage tags will be sent within 30 days of sailing.
The cruise line reserves the right to impose daily fuel surcharges pursuant to a contractual formula. Each passenger is limited to a maximum fuel surcharge of $20 per day.
All cancellations for the Scenic Eclipse II must be received in writing to stop any future payments from being processed. Email us at cancellations@cruisebare.com
We highly encourage travel insurance. Every year a few unfortunate passengers find themselves in an unavoidable situation forcing them to cancel or disembark early due to an injury or illness.
Passengers are encouraged to do their own research and use any reputable travel insurance provider that they feel most comfortable with. The TRAVEL INSURANCE link at the top of the website offers information specific to American and Canadian residents. International passengers are encouraged to use a search engine to locate and research reputable travel insurance providers serving their country of residence.
Travel Logistics
We highly recommend flying in several days prior to the cruise. If you decide to arrive the day of embarkation, please schedule your flight to arrive no later than 12 noon on October 26th.

Our Policies
To assure our partnership with the cruise lines remains intact, passengers are to observe the following common-sense guidelines while aboard our Bare cruises:
Clothing is required upon arrival into port and when the ship is docked. This includes verandahs.
Clothing is required in the dining rooms except the Yacht Club and Azure Cafe. Casual attire is fine. Breasts, bottoms, and genitalia must be covered by clothing.
Lingerie, fetish-wear, and excessive genital jewelry are not appropriate at any time.
Bathrobes are only appropriate when visiting the spa or lounging outside on a chilly evening.
Always sit on a towel or some article of clothing when bare bottomed or in a thong or G-string. This is standard nudist etiquette and is to be observed everywhere including your stateroom, on the pool deck, in the buffet area, and while on excursions.
Fresh beach towels will be in your stateroom each day and smaller towels will be placed throughout the ship outside of common areas if you arrive without one.
Fondling or inappropriate touching of personal body parts or those of someone else, overt sexual activity or any form of solicitation for sexual acts is strictly prohibited.
Displaying yourself nude in front of other ships in port (including on your verandah) or while port authorities are on board the vessel for clearance is strictly prohibited.
Dangerous or rude behavior will not be tolerated at any time.
Passengers must comply with US federal law regarding the possession or use of illegal substances.
Bare Necessities also complies with the cruise line’s regulations, including the right to dismiss persons from the cruise for abusing alcohol and/or drugs, not obeying all safety rules including our decorum and attire, as well as not complying with the laws of the country we are visiting.
No photographs, videos or electronic images of any person may be taken without the express consent of that individual whether guests are clothed or nude or in costume.
* Failure to comply with the decorum, nudist etiquette and photo policy will be grounds for dismissal from the cruise with no refunds and transportation is not provided from the port of dismissal.
Packing List
Casual clothing is appropriate anytime you need to dress. There is no dress code aboard. When going ashore, loose-fitting natural fabrics are recommended and comfortable shoes.
Remember to pack a swimsuit; not all excursions are clothing optional.
Other important items to pack: sunscreen, brimmed hats, sunglasses, reef-walking/beach shoes, bug repellent, any prescription medicine authorized by your physician and your passport.
