Our Policies

DECORUM & ATTIRE

To assure our partnership with the cruise lines remains intact, passengers are to observe the following common-sense guidelines while aboard our Bare cruises:

  • Passengers may be nude on board anytime we’re at sea or anchored. Guests are required to be clothed when the ship is docked or local authorities board the ship for clearance, this pertains to the entire vessel including verandahs. Announcements will be made.

  • Clothing is required in all dining venues in the evening. Casual attire is fine. Breasts, bottoms, and genitalia must be covered by clothing. Guests are only permitted to dine nude in the Yacht Club and Azure Café for breakfast and lunch. Passengers must dress if attending the Captain’s reception and cover up when visiting the bridge.

  • Lingerie, fetish-wear, and excessive genital jewelry are not appropriate at any time.

  • Bathrobes are only appropriate when visiting the spa or lounging outside on a chilly evening.

  • Always sit on a towel or some article of clothing when bare bottomed or in a thong or G-string. This is standard nudist etiquette and is to be observed everywhere including your stateroom, on the pool deck, in the buffet area, and while on excursions.

  • Fresh beach towels will be in your stateroom each day and smaller towels will be placed throughout the ship outside of common areas if you arrive without one.

  • Fondling or inappropriate touching of personal body parts or those of someone else, overt sexual activity or any form of solicitation for sexual acts is strictly prohibited.

  • Displaying yourself nude in front of other ships in port (including on your verandah) or while port authorities are on board the vessel for clearance is strictly prohibited.

  • Dangerous or rude behavior will not be tolerated at any time.

  • Passengers must comply with US federal law regarding the possession or use of illegal substances.

PHOTO POLICY

No photographs, videos or electronic images of any person may be taken without the express consent of that individual whether guests are clothed or nude or in costume.
