Winter is BRRR! Bare is better!
Our Big Nude Boat cruise is scheduled every midwinter as an escape from the cold. Our staff from Austin usually arrive at the port wearing tank tops and shorts while marveling at those passengers in parkas. Well, we now feel your pain and understand how unbearable winter can truly be. After an unprecedented Arctic Blast of ice, snow and temperatures dipping into the single digits, we are more than ready for some much-needed sunshine and tropical breezes. Why deal with Old Man Winter when you could be cruising bare unencumbered by woolen hats, gloves, and scarves? We could be sliding into the warm water of the Caribbean instead of slip-sliding on ice. Taking a stroll along the beach with our toes in the sand is more ideal than not feeling our toes at all. We could all use a break from scraping ice off the car and instead be toasting “Bon Voyage” on a Bare Necessities’ cruise.
We couldn’t provide the respite from the cold this year, but we’re making up for it with a fun-filled two-week cruise encompassing the entire Caribbean next February. Don’t miss this chance to come out from the cold and spend 14 days soaking up the Caribbean sun with us! Take advantage of our early booking discount on select balcony cabins before it’s gone with the cold weather; you could save up to $800 off the cabin cost. We have limited space available, but it’s not too late to join us.
We also want to thank everyone who checked in with us during February’s snowstorm here in Texas. We survived the harsh weather and remained available the entire time to answer any questions or assist in completing reservations. We are grateful to have so many passengers who care and we hope everyone is warm and safe; so again, thank you.
Say goodbye to BRRR and hello to bare!
