1) Bring your body paint – Body art is heavily encouraged and the more exotic the better. Get creative – whether you want to paint yourself like a unicorn, a goddess, a butterfly or anything else, you will be sure to get a lot of cheering!

2) Plan for the After Party! – Once you finish your ride, you’re surely be looking for a refreshing beer or cocktail! Be prepared by making sure you have some comfortable, “socially acceptable” attire to wear after the ride. We encourage you to be nude for the ride, just make sure you’re ready for the bar by having clothes for after.

3) Ride at your own pace – Naked Bike Rides are not to prove some type of olympic level bike fitness, but purely to have fun and enjoy riding your bike outdoors. It’s all about the message, not about what place you finish.
