Pickleball is the fastest-growing recreational sport in the U.S. and now the fastest-growing recreational sport at sea, thanks to us!

With Carnival’s permission, Bare Necessities passengers brought a portable Pickleball court to set-up aboard Carnival Pride during the recent Big Nude Boat 2022 cruise. The space used for the court was in the basketball area which is fully surrounded by a net that wouldn’t allow any of the whiffle balls to be lost at sea. The wind was a challenge during sea days, but morning arrivals in port provided the ideal time to play. Jason the Entertainment Director aboard Pride said it was so popular he’s going to recommend Carnival offer it on other cruises. It seems the “Pioneers of Nude Cruising” are now the pioneers of “Pickleball at Sea”.
