NEXT STOP…ZADAR!
Known for being the oldest city in Croatia, Zadar is a peninsula town found on the awe-inspiring Dalmatian Coast of the Adriatic Sea, and is known for the Roman and Venetian ruins it features. The city has a mixture of Mediterranean and subtropical climate, with a warm and sunny spring and summer. The town is known for its gorgeous crystal clear blue water, ancient museums and architecture, and the famous Sea Organ, which was specifically designed by cutting steps into a section of the concrete waterfront promenade which have underwater pipes in them, creating a harmonica effect when filled with water by the waves.
Additionally, Zadar features the “Monument to the Sun” dance floor which stretches 22 meters and represents the sun, which though soaking up the solar rays produces mesmerizingly colorful light patterns at night.
The Royal Clipper 2020 will be visiting this beautiful destination, and we invite you to join in on this lifetime experience to Bare-a-dise in Croatia and Italia.
