There is a movement called “Minimalism” that highlights that less is more. The less stuff you have, the less stress you have. What if it is the same with clothing? Imagine packing for a nude cruise. What would you really need aboard ship beyond sunscreen, sandals and a smile? Imagine the amount of mental baggage you’d lose with less actual baggage to carry.

Get the clutter out of the way to get to what is truly important. Many are opting for less material gifts and more gifts that involve life experiences. They are taking vacations that stretch horizons by visiting remote, unique and historic places. Some choose vacations with workshops to learn something new and expand creativity and knowledge. How can you get more out of your vacation with less? Less clothing means more comfort and freedom of movement. There is less judgement when you let go of thoughts that your body isn’t tall enough, svelte enough, beautiful enough. You are healthy and trying something new with a group of others attempting to let go of unhealthy, unrealistic body images.

If this sounds too good to be true, it is. Not everyone is open to the idea of nudism as a way to body acceptance and less stress. Some people may never be comfortable skinny dipping or nude sunbathing or walking nude on a beach. However, many are open to the idea and our cruises are a great way to try it. So, pack light. Less baggage equals more fun.
