A bartender in Alchemy Bar shared the secret to making the perfect sugar-rimmed glass for a Lemon Drop. Simply place the martini glass in the freezer and when it is very, very cold dip it in super-fine sugar. The sugar will adhere firmly to the glass. Try it with any drink that requires a rim of sugar.
